The numbers matching 2.2 engine and transmission runs and shift like new. Absolutely, one of the finest Longhood Porshces available. The 911E was actually a quicker, and rarer example that the „S“ designation models of the same year. Beautifully documented, restored and driveable, this 911E checks all the boxes. A restoration of this caliber today, would take several years, and cost in excess of $300,000 plus the cost of the car! The underside of the car is just a clean as the top. New Dansk SS Sport Muffler and SS heat exchangers just add the visual, and mechanical improvements. 4 wheel drilled disc brakes with full system rebuild my PMB Performance stop the car straight and true. The leather interior by Autobahn interiors is like new with no wear tears and correct carpets, seats, no cracks in the dash. The front trunk has received a full restoration with new fuel tank, lines, restored spare Fuchs wheel, correct straps, washer bottles etc. Restored H1 headlights, which are rare enough by their own right, but restored by John Audette, sets this set apart. All suspension parts were sourced through Elephant Racing for all new bushing, shocks, sway bars, dampners etc. This driving experience is so solid on this car it’s like taking it right off the showroom floor in 1971. The RothSport built engine has been upgraded to „S“ specification making 190HP. Jeff’s work is second to none, let alone being able to get a slot for him to build you an engine, usually around a 3-4 year wait time! This 911E is for a true collector, serious driver or someone who wants the finest restored Longhood 911 around! We have all documentation, hundreds of photos, countless pages of paperwork and are happy to provide to upon request.
