The example presented here was delivered to MAHAG in Munich on May 9, 1957 for their US customers in white, coupé seats and sealed beam lamps.
The car was partially restored in the 1970s by passionate Porsche enthusiasts in California, USA, using apparently very good original material.
We have checked the car in detail and can confirm with a clear conscience that it is an exceptionally beautiful Speedster example. The car still has its first original matching numbers engine and first original gearbox. All body parts are marked with the appropriate numbers! In addition, the Speedster was equipped with original Kronprinz central locking rims in the 1970s, which are worth between € 40,000 and € 50,000. This is very rare and makes the car special.
The car has been in expert Porsche hands since March 2007 and has been well looked after over the years. We are pleased to be able to offer you this beautiful 1600 Speedster!
