We hereby present to you this beautiful and very rare Porsche 356 BT5 D’Ieteren Roadster.
Only 473 pieces were produced of this 356 model. Characteristic with its T5 body with single frame grille. The first part of this series was still built by the coachbuilder Drauz from Heilbronn. After which Porsche transferred the task of building the Roadster to the coachbuilder and Porsche importer D’Ieteren Freres from Belgium, of which this example is one.

The vehicle in detail

Delivered in August 1961 by Hoffmann, New York. Executed in the beautiful classic combination Rubinrot with a gray leatherette interior. Exactly as it looks today. At the end of the 90’s this Roadster was imported to the Netherlands where the 356 was fully restored “body off”. Witness the photo report with beautiful photos from before the restoration, which show a very original car. Also witness the now still present matching engine and gearbox. After completion of the restoration the Roadster was registered in the Netherlands in 2006 and has since then only been used for beautiful rides and various classic rallye rides. Since many years the Roadster is also known to us, witness the regular maintenance performed at our place.
