The example we are offering is a very early "preA" first series Speedster, not to be confused with the America Roadster which was only built 16 times between 1952 and 1954. It is therefore superbly suitable for any Porsche collection as well as for participation in events such as the Mille Miglia and other top-class events.
The delivery certificate from the Stuttgart body work Reutter in Stuttgart confirms delivery to the Porsche factory in Zuffenhausen on November 24, 1954 with the following equipment:

Carpet beige Boucle´
Carpet edging bast imitation leather GPT 35066
Rubber mat black
Canopy beige fabric
Flasher switch dark red-black
Buttons and rosettes light beige

We have: above delivery certificate, birth certificate from Porsche with complete agreement of all aggregates and numbers "full matching", color sample card from Reutter, certificate of production from Reutter,
FIVA-ID Card created in May 2021, the "Certifcato di Identita" of the ACI and of course the actual vehicle papers for the car itself.
The vehicle is in new condition and has driven around 500 km since the full restoration. We firmly believe that finding a better conditioned specimen at this extremely high level will be difficult, even when considering the entire world market. To get a quick overview, it is enough to search for 356 preA Speedsters with the first registration in 1954. At the current time 03/2022 there are in fact exactly 2 vehicles.
We have one of these for sale.

ps on our own behalf: please give our photographer a few days to photograph the Speedster with the bonnet fully closed for a change. It looks a lot better with it… the bonnet – like all the gap dimensions of the body openings on this Speedster – sits perfectly and is flush with the body with an even gap. The performance specification of 70 hp also refers to the present performance diagram after the engine revision. The additional power was achieved in the course of the revision through the use of higher compression pistons, modified control times and appropriate jets in the carburetors. It is expressly not a 1500S model.
