The Porsche 911 2.2 T was launched in 1967. This model is considered to be one of the rarest and most sought after versions of the Porsche 911. This vehicle is equipped with it’s 2.2 liter original engine and a 5-speed manual gearbox optional at the time!
The example we present to you today is in Olympic health. Effectively, more than €47,000 in mechanical parts, upholstery work and bodywork has been implemented to give it a second life. In respect for its history and its coat of arms, the restoration have been made only from original Porsche parts, approved for this car.
This car, in just over 50 years of career, has been owned by only 4 different owners, always in France.
1° Owner: Released on November 14, 1969. Distributor: C06 Sorgues (France).
2nd Owner: October 27, 1981.
3° Owner: November 29, 1984
4° Owner: May 13, 2014
Complete restoration carried out from 2015 to July 2017:
- Bare body: 100% stripping sandblasting – sheet metal – painting.
- Overhauled engine
- New exhaust.
- Petrol tank cleaned.
- New batteries.
- Overhauled gearbox.
- New trains (front and rear).
- New silent blocks.
- New shock absorbers.
- New brakes (front and rear).
- New lights.
- New Fusch rims with new Pirelli tires.
- New jack.
Interior :
- refurbishment of front and rear seats – door trim – storage compartment – dashboard elements – roof – parcel shelf – carpet and front boot carpet.
The car comes with its complete tool kit as well as its Porsche SA certificate of conformity. The original options have also been kept, for the sake of conformity with its original configuration:
