The 924 available from model year 1976 was developed by Porsche at Volkswagen’s request as a successor to the 914 and ultimately produced in-house. The entry-level model was built at Audi in Neckarsulm. When designing the body of the 924, priority was given to good aerodynamics. For the flat engine hood and the retractable headlights in particular, this aspect came into play as it should. From MY 1983, a black rear spoiler further improved the Cx coefficient;

For the motorization of the 924, Porsche went completely off the beaten track: for the first time, a water-cooled front engine was implemented, the cylinders of which were additionally arranged in line. The engine delivering 125 hp was taken from the Audi 100 and modified by Porsche accordingly. The transmission of the driving force takes place according to the Transaxle principle.

The car we are presenting to you today is quite unique, you will not have missed its decoration in the Martini Racing colors, a tribute to the collaboration between the Stuttgart brand and the famous Italian vermouth distributor.

This 924 was given a white dress in 2016 which is of the most beautiful effect, the interior of the engine bay, it remains in its original color.

The interior is in good general condition, the car behaves very well on all types of roads, the engine sings at all speeds making trips on board more pleasant.
