Born from collaboration between design studio Vagabund Moto and us, NINE ELEVEN Outlaw Parts, the Vagabund 944 Safari projects were introduced in late 2021 and since then spawned several iterations.
This Safari car was a client project build in early 2022 as VGB Safari #004.
Austria
The car is in full rally-spec with roll-cage, Recaro seats, four-point harness, and fire extinguisher. Also featuring a Momo racing wheel and a IX XI racing shifter equipped, it is ready for any adventure on- and off-road. Finnish off with a Vagabund crafted roof-rack inclunging a spare tire up top, HELLA Rallye lights in front, mud flaps on all four and a stainless steel exhaust this build has it all.
Unlike our previous cars that used a conventional torsion bar suspension setup, client opted to go all out and invested in a coil-over suspension. Built by off-road expert Dakar-Garage in Austria who developed the coil-overs in house has also built the entire car on behalf of Vegabund Moto.
Because our former customer will move his life to another continent, he has decided to sell the car again. This Porsche 944 in Safari spec will be available right away and can be shipped to any other country.
The car was imported to Austria in 2021 from Germany. A value appraisal from 2017 stated that the car appeared to be accident free and read 96108 km, since then the five-digit odometer turned over and now has 00184 km on the clock.
