After the engine displacement upgrade the car has done approximately 9,000 miles and provides an incredibly smooth ride all along. The last 2,000 miles have been added by the current owner.
Current odometer reading of 147,500 miles (American Spec)
The car has been given a recent detailing at The Stables in Abu Dhabi.
The decklid, both front fenders, and hood appear to have been refinished at some point under the previous ownerships. (Paint meter reading visuals can be seen in the gallery)

An Infinity ECU from Turbo Kraft and the GT3 air intake system were installed by the previous owner located in the USA. After purchasing and transporting it into the UAE, I have replaced the GT3 air intake system with the original 964 parts. The original 3.6-liter ECU was upgraded to match the 3.8-liter output by a reputable Porsche Specialist (JZM) located in Abu Dhabi, completed in December 2020.
The rear left suspension arm was changed in February of 2022(JZM)

All gauges, electrical components, and accessories are entirely functional and operational. The carpet is clean and spotless.
The car comes along with books, one master key, and a file full of historical parts purchase and service records. This custom-built and well-looked after 964 represents an incredible value that is increasing year over year as the Porsche community shows more appreciation towards these models.
