Porsche 964 Carrera 2 Cabrio WTL

Examples include the very rarely found "C center console" (option X09, then 3,980 DM), the full leather tonneau cover (option XP3, then 3,570 DM) or the Quart doorboard fully leather-covered by Porsche Exclusiv. The entire interior is harmoniously designed in light gray with magenta accents. Both go very well with the exterior color amethyst metallic and the soft top in magenta. In the front, the convertible is equipped with a very rare, contemporary TechArt front splitter painted in body color. The original plastic apron is of course available. With the addition of the Porsche Classic Radio, Apple Car Play and navigation are also possible without having to give way to the filigree, leather-covered original Porsche Symphony Radio.
At 217,000 DM, which can be seen from the purchase invoice dated April 22, 1993, it is probably the most expensive and one of the most individual WTL convertibles of the 964 series ever built. It cost more than most 964 Turbo Coupes.
The vehicle has a complete history including purchase documents, original service booklet, complete board folder, historical price lists, many original invoices, TÜV reports and expert opinions from the years 2011 and 2015. The mileage is completely prepared and comprehensible on the basis of all these documents.
As for the history, the convertible was first driven by the first owner for 9 years before it was sold to France in 2002. There it had three other owners. One of them gave the vehicle a new coat of paint so that it could be presented in perfect condition at Porsche Club France exhibitions (photo available). All owners are known by name. In 2020 the convertible went back to Germany. Here it was extensively technically and optically prepared for over 22,000 € in order to meet the requirements of the new owner. Among other things, the vehicle, which was lowered ex works, received a new K&W coilover kit, the steering gear was overhauled by ZF, the brake and oil hoses were replaced, the windscreen was changed and in the course of this the corrosion spots on the window frame that are typical of the 964 were repaired. The front brake discs and pads are new. The 18 inch rims in the Porsche Speedline design were fitted with Pirelli tires and have only run 3 TKM. The vehicle has received a ceramic paintwork seal with a 10-year guarantee, which gives the paintwork a special depth of shine and also protection.
Of course, the vehicle has matching numbers.
