The vehicle in detail

On May 29th, 1991 this 964 Carrera 4 Cabriolet was delivered to the first owner by the Porsche dealer Rossel Sportwagen in Wiesbaden. In total, the vehicle remained in the possession of two owners for almost 25 years. The history of all previous owners is fully documented on the basis of the original vehicle registration documents. Although this actually seems impossible, the paintwork of the vehicle, which is still completely in the delivery state, is 100% the first paint from the factory and, according to the paint layer measurement, has no repainting. Other work or damage to the body is also not documented or recognizable. The car has a total mileage of just 50,370 kilometers, making it one of the few vehicles that not only has such a low mileage, but is in a condition similar to that of a year-old car, both visually and technically. Despite the very low mileage, this car was regularly serviced and professionally stored. The vehicle was last serviced in July 2020 and new tires were fitted in addition to the fluid change. We have already had several 964 Carrera with a low mileage, but we have seldom seen such an exceptional specimen ourselves.

The special equipment is also interesting because the extremely rare electrically adjustable sports seats for the driver and front passenger were ordered as an extra ex works. In addition, seat heating has been given to both sides and if the roof remains closed during longer journeys, an air conditioning system ensures a cool air supply. The cruise control, which is also installed ex works, enables relaxed cruising. A bit of modernity is still allowed: A high-quality Becker radio with navigation was currently installed.

The car has been serviced and checked in full in two Porsche centers, and most recently by a well-known Porsche classic specialist. The complete collector's package includes the logbook as well as the key and tool set, which is still in an unused and partially originally welded condition.

Due to the ongoing maintenance, the vehicle has been preserved over the years and is in a consistently flawless condition that corresponds to the character of a year-old car.

Conclusion: For many Porsche enthusiasts, the 964 series is the model with the most exciting combination of traditional shape and modern technology. Especially in the convertible and more rarely all-wheel drive version, this variant is particularly attractive and desirable.

Due to its history, the very low mileage of only 50,370 km and the complete first paintwork, this German vehicle in the color combination black / black is a rare opportunity for every Porsche lover to purchase one of the best and most beautiful vehicles on the market.

According to the paint thickness measurement, the painting of the measurable body parts is the original painting at the factory level. There are only a few stone chips in the front area of the body.

All add-on parts of the vehicle are complete. They are in pristine condition all around.

The glazing of the vehicle is almost free of stone chips and scratches.

wheel and tires
The wear is uniform across the entire width of the tire, which is an unmistakable indication that the chassis is correctly adjusted and is working accordingly. The tires (DOT 4718 and 0119) are mounted on original Porsche CUP rims. The rims and tires are in mint condition.

Electrics and lighting
The entire electrical system is almost in the delivery condition. No changes have been made here, but all care and maintenance measures have been carried out so that the entire electrical system is working properly in all areas at this point in time.
