With our RSVT # 09 project, we have transformed a 911 from the 993 series into a one-off with retro elements for the first time.
Again in a very sporty design and yet with daily driver qualities.
The aim was to build 'a kind of ST / R from the 993' , which takes up features of the original from the F-model of the early 70s from racing, which have always inspired us so much:
Those in the know would say a 993 Carrera Cup from 1993 to 1996 and are basically right.
We just wanted it to be approved for use on the road and with more suitability for everyday use so that we could enjoy it every day.
Features 1 + 2 are automatically eliminated on the 993 S (2S) and do not require any modifications.
That's why we completely dismantled the vehicle and rebuilt the entire drive train and the chassis using the best new parts.
All work was carried out exclusively by proven Porsche specialists and all wear parts were renewed.
Newly installed components:
When used on track days, it now weighs 1300 kg without interior equipment with only 1 driver's seat and despite a sliding roof and wide turbo body,
and is therefore only approx. 30 kg heavier than a standard 993 RS, but has approx. 20 hp more power.
The conversion to this trackday setup can easily be carried out in approx. 1 hour.
This enabled us to keep the standard interior fittings for the daily driver.
With a new set of carpets and new speakers,
the classic tartan / plaid on seats and side panels in OEM quality,
as well as large parts of fine nappa leather,
the interior was given a retro style, which was perfected by the now green instruments like the Urelfer.
Since it was rebuilt, it has been carefully run in for approx. 3000 km, is in perfect condition and is now ready for its new owner.
As country version C02, which was already approved in the USA, this unique specimen is also well suited for a reimport there!
All original parts are available,
This means that it can be restored to its original condition at any time
just like a clean Carfax and Title about the time in the USA and a complete documentation of our rebuilding.
