This 2002 Porsche 911 Carrera Coupe was built in February 2002 finished in Arctic Silver Metallic over Black partial leather with a 6-speed manual transmission. In March 2006 at 37,238 miles the original M96 3.6-liter flat-six engine, clutch, and more were replaced due to an Intermediate Shaft (IMS) bearing failure, with the associated receipt included in the sale. According to the included clean Carfax report, the car has been registered in several states and was most recently kept in Maryland, where the selling dealer acquired it in September 2023.
Several years ago, this 996.2 was modified by a prior owner in a “Safari” style, with highlights including a 2″ suspension lift, white-painted 17″ Boxster wheels fitted with all-terrain tires, roof-mounted PIAA rally lights, a roof rack with a full-sized spare and accessories, front skid plate, tartan plaid seat inserts, and more as described below.
Service records between 2006-2012, factory owner’s manuals/brochures, and one key accompany the sale.
