For sale is a absolutely gorgeous1963 Porsche 356 BT6 Coupe, sold new in Berlin/West Germany. The current odometer reading is about 58.200 km. Sometimes during it’s life this car had probably a colour change to rubyred (« rubinrot », apparently the original colour was schiefergrau), evenso we couldn’t find any evidence anywhere that the car  was « schiefergrau » at one point. But maybe the Porsche birth certificate was wrong on this point …. that wouldn’t be the first time! The inside is finished in beige leather, including the top of the dash board and the window sill’s. Further the car is fitted from the factory with an electric sunroof (works perfect), a wooden steering wheel (looks absolutely gorgeous) and 5.5 inch chrome rims. Sometimes, in the early 2000 years, the car’s body was restored. The chassis is curently in excellent condition, no rust and no corrosion. Also the engine was revised sometimes around 2008 or 2009. Since then the car has been regularly serviced and extensive additional repairs where done. At app. 56.000 km’s the brakes where completely renewed (new brake drums, all new wheel brake cylinders, new brake shoes), new wheel bearings, new Koni shocks, new steering gearbox, new headlights, new electric motor for the sunroof, etc etc. In 09/2022, a full service incl. a valve adjustment was done, the fuel tank was replaced (the old one was rusted) and the fuel shut off valve was rebuild.
