1967 Porsche 911S 2.0 SWB

Angeboten wird ein original 1967er Porsche 911S 2.0L mit kurzem Radstand. Das Fahrzeug wurde am 13.Februar 1967 gefertigt und in den USA ausgeliefert.Ein Porsche Zertifikat bestätigt, dass es sich um ein 100% Matching Numbers 911S handelt. Motor- und Getriebenummern stimmen komplett überein. Auch die Farbe Blutorange mit Leder/Pepita innen entspricht dem Auslieferungszustand.

Folgende Zusatzausstattung gab es ab Werk: „Webasto“ Standheizung (ist verbaut, jedoch nicht angeschlossen), Antenne, Lautsprecher, Sonnenblende mit Spiegel, Halogen Nebelscheinwerfer, Außentemperatur Anzeige, Geräuschunterdrückung für Radio, Dunlop Reifen (165/15).

1967 Porsche 911S 2.0 SWB

On offer is an original 1967 Porsche 911S 2.0L with a short wheelbase.
The vehicle was manufactured on February 13, 1967 and delivered in the USA. A Porsche certificate confirms that it is a 100% matching numbers 911S.
Engine and gearbox numbers match completely.
The color blood orange with leather/pepita inside also corresponds to the delivery condition.

The following additional equipment was available ex works: « Webasto » auxiliary heating (is installed but not connected), antenna, loudspeakers, sun visor with mirror, halogen fog lights, outside temperature display, noise suppression for radio, Dunlop tires (165/15).

The 911S was in the US until 2010 and most recently in Magnus Walker’s collection in Los Angeles. After that it was imported to Passau, Germany.
The current owner bought the Porsche in 2012 and then undertook a full restoration.

The body was rebuilt and welded, the engine and gearbox were also revised.
The restoration is well documented. A large part of the restoration was done in the Porsche specialist company P&W in Stuttgart.
The current condition can be rated with a 2+. The paint condition is very good, engine and gearbox run excellent.
A performance measurement after a carburetor revision in 2019 resulted in a performance of 168ps at 6,700rpm.

The interior has also been revised and is in nice condition with a light patina. The underbody is also impeccable and is protected against corrosion with a Timex seal.

Overall a great example of a rare original 911S in blood orange.
Technically absolutely TOP with well-documented restoration.
