The history of the Porsche 911 is linked to the choice of the use of an engine that has become a real icon for the German company, the air-cooled and cantilevered 6-cylinder boxer on the rear axle with a displacement of 2 liters.
The success of the 911 was immediate, its soft lines are free from impediments that distort the original vision of its designer. The T « Touring » model presented in became the new basic model of the 911 range, initially available with a power of 110 hp.
