The car was assembled on January 30, 1969 and delivered in Beverly Hills, California. It was owned by two Americans before coming back to Europe, where it was properly restored by the excellent RSC garage in Belgium.

The body was in a very sound state, rust free and very well maintained. The body was stripped to bare metal, and treated against corrosion. Front fenders and door panels were replaced with new original ones from Porsche, the interiors of the wings received an anti-chip treatment. The color is the original very rare dark metallic red (code 6854).

The top of the engine was redone and the compression is at the maximum. The carburetors were serviced and synchronized, the gearbox and the clutch are new, as well as the electrical circuit, the fuel pump and the fuel tank.

The axles were restored, the chrome parts are original, only polished. The five wheels are also original, but the exhaust is new. The Le Mans type seats were covered in black vinyl and the carpets are new, as are the leather parts of the interior.
