Between 2021 and 2022, Kundensport conducted a comprehensive engine rebuild that included updates to various cosmetic components. The case underwent blasting and tumbling, line boring, and the installation of new case savers. The cylinder heads were also tumbled, followed by decking and a complete valve job. The 2.2L engine was rebuilt, including new main bearings, rod bearings, and gaskets, and a new clutch was installed. New spark plugs, plug wires, a distributor cap, an ignition rotor, and a fuel pump were also installed. New trim components were recently installed, including new rocker trim, a trunk carpet kit, and various seals. Most recently, the front seats have been rebuilt with new pads with the original leatherette, a new Porsche dash was installed, and the original VDM steering wheel was rewrapped in leather.

Mechanically powered by the matching 2.2-liter flat-six engine, which has been rebuilt, producing 130 hp, it is paired with a smooth shifting 5-speed manual transmission (type 901) with a four-wheel disc braking system. Complete with a spare wheel, DMV registrations from the prior owner, and 21 years of service history. This is a rare opportunity to acquire a nicely sorted 911T presented in its original color combination with a matching engine.
