In 2014 Willhoit Auto Restoration did the following work suspension work: innerspring plate bushing, out spring plate bushing, rear control arm bushing, rear Bilstein shock, front control arm bushing, sway bar bushing, sway bar drop link bushing, front Bilstein strut inserts, turbo tie rod kit, hood support, decklid support, Durant mirror, hose for fuel filler neck, installed remanufactured calipers, installed front Sebro rotors, and front brake pads.

The current owner purchased this 912 on March 12, 2016. Shortly after the purchase the paint and bodywork was started in July of 2016 and was completed in January of 2017. Lemans T85 seats were purchased from Classic Touring Seats and Auto’s International completed the interior using Sierra Black vinyl to upholster the follow garnish rails, rear ¼ panels, dash, new rear panel, RS style door panels, and rear seats. An ivory headliner was installed with new defroster hose, vent tubes, and vents, new seat belts, black German velour carpet kit, new aluminum threshold carpet trim, new front windshield, deco surround for the rubber seal, new sun visors, new parking, and brake boot.
