1992 RHD Porsche 964 Carrera 4 for sale in the UK!

It’s hard to find a really good example of the relatively rare 964 series but here we have one. This super manual example finished in Guards Red with black leather is in great order throughout and has covered only 54,500 miles from new. It features a good factory specification with sports seats, air conditioning, sound package, rear wiper and electric sunroof. The car was first delivered via long term Porsche dealer Isaac Agnew in Belfast on the 4th of September 1992, making it a relatively late production 964. This information is all documented in the original service book. When two years old the car passed to a second owner via well-known dealer Ron Stratton based in Knutsford Cheshire, at this point 24,877 miles had been covered.

A third owner purchased the Porsche in 1996, the mileage then being 32,188 miles. A year later it was bought by a Leeds based Porsche enthusiast, he and his brother retained this 964 until 2016. During this period the mileage rose from 36,000 miles to 54,000 miles with most of this mileage being covered in their first five years of ownership.

The last owner, a collector of only the finest cars, had been looking for a really good 964 for some time and knew of this car. It took him a while to persuade the brothers to sell the car but they finally relented in 2016. Since then the car has covered about five hundred dry miles, has been fully checked and serviced and has remained cosseted in a heated garage at all other times.

Today the car presents much as it must have done when new, it retains the original flag mirrors and D90 alloy wheels, so often sadly lost as owners fitted the aero mirrors and Cup alloys thinking they were improving their 964 in times past! It comes with a full book pack, service history recorded in stamps and invoicing, documentation of each owner, all previous MOT certificates, all keys, tool kit, tyre compressor and original Blaupunkt stereo.
