2015 Porsche 991.1 Targa 4 GTS for sale!

The new Porsche without a roof, which was launched on the American market due to the changed requirements for a convertible, quickly became a style icon. The metal arch over the coupe was intended to enhance safety, but unintentionally it also contributed to the 911’s profile. The arch remained on the model until the production of the 993, when Porsche opted for an electric glass roof in which the roof panel was pushed back, causing the handsome Targa arch to disappear…. although the model lived on. And so it went on.

The 993 became the 996 and the 996 became the 997, and when the 997 was retired and replaced by the 991, many were probably surprised when Porsche lifted the lid on the new Targan. The Targabar is back and not only that. The entire mechanism has been automated and when opened and closed, the car offers a figure skating act of mechanical elegance that only a German engineer could be behind.

We now have the distinct pleasure of launching this outstanding 991.1 Targa 4 GTS. With an exterior like a bespoke suit, this agate gray Targa shines with black rims with center lugs, black emblems, black tailpipes of the sports exhaust system and an elegant silver Targa arch that stretches across the cockpit.

A stylish and timeless exterior. The theme continues inside with an interior upholstered in black leather and Race-Tex with GTS emblems sewn into the headrests and trim in dark anodized aluminum. A superficially understated Targa, but fantastically equipped and in a timeless specification.

A car sold in Sweden with exemplary history and, of course, original paint. A clear classic with a high-revving 3.8-liter naturally aspirated engine.
