In recent years, there have been more and more rumours that the 911 is becoming very comfortable and that driving is accompanied by less of the ‘old Porsche feeling’. Some people therefore stick with a beautiful 997 MK2 or buy a GT3, because that brings back the sporty character in that 911, which has delighted us for more than 60 years. Porsche itself is of course not stupid and thinks carefully about which 911 suits each person best. Since there is no single answer, there is no model that has as many shapes as the 911. The Carrera T was created for the Porsche enthusiast who is interested in real driving pleasure and does not immediately want to drive around with such a flashy wing. And to be honest, in our eyes this is an insanely successful one. There are few 911 models that can match the fantastic 911 Carrera T. It is quite special that the changes that have been implemented make such a big difference. A lowered sports suspension, a mechanical limited slip differential, somewhat less insulation and weight savings ultimately make it a 911 from the ‘wannahave’ category.
