1995 PORSCHE 993 TURBO in SLATE GREY for sale!

It is our great pleasure to be part of the history of this amazing and very unique 993 Turbo. One of very few cars that were painted in Slate Grey and likely on of the best examples that we had the pleasure of working with.

This Swedish sold example is as previously stated specified in Slate Grey, a very rare shade of the 993 Turbo. And even at first glance you realize why this car is as loved as it is. Soft lines in combination with the etos ‘form follows function’ makes for an absolutely beautiful car. The large rear wing is seemingly draped over the rear of the car and home to the only emblem on the car. ‘Turbo’. 18″ Turbo Twist wheels clad in N-marked Michelin rubber over read calipers. The grey exterior ads a elegant aspect of the 993 and gives the car a totally unique impression.

Open the door and you are greeted to a functional and scaled back interior. Black leather and black carpets. Its easy to fall in love and get nostalgic over a 993 interior. No SportChrono, no Burmeister. What you got was an honest drivers car with five dials in front of you, three pedals and a six speed manual gearbox. PDK I-Think-Not.

Cease this rare oppertunity to aquire on of the most wonderful 993 Turbos that we’ve seen in a long time. Immaculate history, well kept and with loads of records.

‘Seriously bad news for the insect world’ thats the last line in the commercial for the 993 Turbo, better known for its headline, ‘Kills bugs fast’. and even if the commercial was timeless the car in it was even more so. The 993 Turbo is the ultimate itteration of the aircooled Porsches and to many the car that best represents the brands identity. When launched in 1995 there was nothing like it. 408hp, Four-wheel-drive and a 0-60 ime of just 4,5 seconds was the highlights but this car is so much more than highlights. Its all about the combination of power, comfort and usability. When sold new it was an instant icon and today…well…lets just say it has not gotten any worse. Today the car stands as a timestamp as the last aircooled Porsche and possibly the best one at that. A 408hp timestamp.
