Used in Monaco for some time, as well as for skiing trips in Lech, as well as a road trip to Norway to witness the Northern Lights! Mr Harrison enjoyed the car and was obviously not shy of spending money on its upkeep. As demonstrated in 2011 when a full refurbishment was undertaken by marque specialists Gantspeed Engineering. This included a full repaint, new kidney bowls, sills & jacking points. Interior completely stripped out and re trimmed in quality tan leather, new carpets, new headlining. The brakes were upgraded to Tuthill billet callipers with 6 pot fronts and 4 pot rears. The engine has received a complete rebuild, also taken care of by Gantspeed. A full Stainless steel exhaust system has been fitted including heat exchangers, back box, pre silencer and crossover. The later, more desirable G50 gearbox was recently rebuilt by Canford Classics in 2023. The original 16” Fuchs wheels have been anodised gold with black centres and have matching Michelin tyres all round dated 2021. Complementing gold Porsche decals have been added to the side of the car. Some other choice upgrades include a Momo steering wheel, wooden gear knob, DAB stereo as well as a recent Bosch battery. Over the years servicing has been taken care of by Gantspeed, Northway Porsche and for some time Ruf Automobile in Germany and in the UK. The car drives superbly with everything working as it should. In total well over £60,000 has been spent in recent years with all invoices on file. The service history is comprehensive with the original service book present, 2 keys, drivers manual, original documentation and large box file of past invoices. Supplied with MOT until December 2024 with no advisories, 6 months warranty as standard and delivery service available.
