At the facelift got the 996.2 the headlights that the turbo already had a year earlier, the engine was increased to 3.6 liters and capacity rose to 345pk.
The interior was also pulled slightly tight. In terms of driving, the changes were more subtle, but certainly present. The 996.2 is just a little better on the gas.
The water-cooled block is much more modern than its predecessors in terms of emissions, noise and fuel consumption, but what does it provide. For a car like this, there is no point in trying to make a rational decision. After all, it is about ‘fun’. Moreover, should (boys) dreams not come true now and then?
