Finished in the rare ‘Grünmetallic’ (code 8383), this Porsche 911 2.2 S is powered by a 2,195cc air-cooled flat-six engine, which produces 180 hp. The engine is paired with a dog-leg 5-speed gearbox.

The car is equipped with its original Fuchs wheels. The engine bay retains its original components, and the interior features seats upholstered in black leatherette and Pepita cloth. Additional factory-installed features include leatherette headrests, long-range driving lamps, and rear fog lamps, all of which have been restored to their original condition.

At The Classics Forum 2024, organized by AssetClassic, this 2.2 S was driven by Endurance and F1 legend Jochen Mass, during a rally tour in the breathtaking hills of the Italian Motor Valley. During the drive, Mass easily kept up with a Porsche Cayman GT4, as well as other modern supercars. Even with more than 40 years of engineering apart, the GT4 simply had no chance against a winning pair like Mass behind the wheel of this 911 2.2 S.
