The Signature Edition included 100 coupes and 100 targas, allocated exclusively to select customers and Porsche centers in North America. This special model came with a handful of distinctive features from the factory. These cars were all finished in 944/9/3 Platinum Diamond Metallic, a soft champagne color, and were also distinguished by their total lack of chrome. A set of 15″ ATS “cookie cutter” wheels were finished in matching Platinum Diamond Metallic along with headlight rings. Note on this car that the trim rings have been removed and the original “cookie cutters” have been replaced with a set of Fuchs, but if desired would it was possible to get a used set of these wheels. Inside the car, occupants nestled into a specially created interior combining brown leather and a special beige tweed cloth. The steering wheel rim came in a matching tan and the center plate was engraved with the Ferry Porsche signature. A wood shift knob with Porsche crest completed the package.As mentioned, this car has had the interior replaced by the previous owners in the style of a Singer.

A beautifully presented 911, perfect as is or with a bit of research and work it can be restored to the same spec it left the factory with, potentially increasing its value among collectors.
