This 911 SC Targa has been long term owned by a good friend and client of Autosport Designs, Inc. It has received sympathetic restoration both mechanically and cosmetically when and where needed to keep in its current exceptional condition. Prior to being offered for sale, it has received a thorough service at Autosport Designs, to include: full service, valve adjustment, valve cover gasket replacement, 4 new tires, front and rear brake pads, rebuild axels, and air conditioning service.
This 911 SC Targa in this condition is certainly not the norm and must be considered one of the best we have had the pleasure of marketing. As can be seen from the detailed photographs, it is exceptional in every way, detailed nicely throughout and with excellent paint and brightwork. The interior has only the slightest wear whatsoever, the Targa top is as new and all interior panels usually warped from years of use are excellent as can be seen by the superb door panels and door pocket fitment.
On a recent road test, this SC showed an ample amount of 911 power, its gearbox, clutch, suspension and brakes feeling as though this 911 is only a fraction of its age. Fresh servicing by Autosport Designs Inc that included but not limited to Tune up with Valve adjustment, new front and rear brake pads, all new tires, AC servicing and a detail.
