The Porsche 964 Turbo S Leichtbau was presented at the Geneva Motor Show in March 1993. This version is directly derived from the 964 Cup. The car features an optimized 3.3L Turbo engine with modified camshafts and different injection and ignition management. The chassis is lowered by 40mm and fitted with 18′ Cup wheels. For substantial weight savings, the front and rear hoods are made of carbon fiber, while the doors are made of aluminum. Air inlets are provided in the front bumper and rear wings for improved brake cooling. The glazing is thinner than the standard models. Weight savings of 180 KG and power output of 381 HP. One of 38 Speed Yellow units for a Total Production of 86 Cars This vehicle was owned by a German racing driver!
