Few cars instilled both fear and admiration into members of the automotive press like the 911 GT2. The recipe is simple enough, take a 993 turbo, stick it on a diet, remove the 4wd system, and turn the boost up.
The result was a car which was hailed as the return of the Widow maker, a title originally given to the 930 turbo of the 70’s.
A total of 195 cars were built between 1996 and 1998, of which only 23 were the even wilder Clubsport specification.
The example we have here is a Clubsport variant and was delivered new by Porsche Ulm in Germany on the 19th of July 1996.
It is the sole example finished in special order Ferrari Yellow and is in immaculate condition with all its documentation present.
The vehicle will be delivered with a fresh service from our Porsche classic workshop.
