Sold new in October 1972 in Los Angeles USA. In 2014 imported in The Netherlands.

This 914 was very solid and had accident free body when they started the restoration. The went back to bare metal before the painted it. High end paint job in its original color.  Complete new upholstery and carpet. Correct materials used. Pristine condition. One of the biggest plusses on this car is the technical condition. A standard 914 has only 80HP. Which was a lot in those days. Today people are used to more power. For that reason the last owner decided to do a full engine rebuilt with a big power increase. To keep it reliable they did a lot of updates on the engine. Like for example cooling and the oil pump. An detailed invoice of €10.000,- comes with the car. This 914 has 149.7 HP on the Dyno and is a blast to drive.
