This original Dutch-delivered 1977 Porsche 911 2.7 Targa was first registered on August 18, 1977, via Porsche Auto Lichtstad (now Porsche Eindhoven).
The Targa retains its matching numbers engine and gearbox, is accompanied by the original delivery booklet, Porsche birth certificate (Geburtsurkunde), a NAP mileage report confirming its logical mileage.
Exterior
Originally delivered in Diamant Sarah, the car was professionally resprayed in Sahara Beige in 2014 by the previous owner, a Porsche expert, to mirror the color of the 1977 factory press car featured in the Porsche brochure (as seen in one of the pictures).
Interior
The interior features the rare factory hummer lobster velour, combined with pigskin leatherette. In 2022, the front seats were retrimmed using unobtainable NOS Porsche velour, making it one of the few restored lobster interiors that retain complete factory accuracy and materials.
Wheels & Tires
Original undamaged Fuchs wheels are fitted with Pirelli CN36 N-coded classic tires, adding to the car’s period-correct presentation and driving feel.
Mechanical Condition
This 911 has been thoroughly maintained and restored over the past several years (all invoices available):
- 2017: New Bilstein shocks, heat exchanger overhaul
- 2020: Full suspension and floor restoration, new fuel tank and lines
- 2022: New clutch and transmission overhaul, new SSI stainless steel exhaust
- 2023/2024:
- Full engine rebuild at 190,000 km
- Block line-bored, new Mahle pistons and cylinders

The car drives great with its fresh engine and is mechanically turn-key, ideal for weekend drives or vintage rallies.
