2,566 Carrera 3.0 coupes were produced for just 2 years, 1976 & 1977. It has a normally aspirated version of the 930 Turbo engine, which featured larger inlet ports, an increased compression ratio, aluminium crankcase and Bosch K-Jetronic fuel injection. This gave the Carrera 3.0 great low-down torque and better fuel consumption.
