This car was delivered new by Maltin Porsche in February 1989 finished in Black with Black interior, one of the very last G-Series 911s delivered before the new 964 model. The original service books show the car has been serviced regularly since then with the mileage rising to 73,061 today.
The large history file contains invoices going back to 1992 and Porsche Wolverhampton have serviced the car regularly since the current owner purchased it in 2017. Interestingly the car was specified with a short shifter, a rare factory option. The engine had a top end rebuild in 2010 at 48,000 miles, covering only 25,000 since. The whale tail has been removed in place of a standard engine lid.
The car has clearly been cherished throughout its life, with a full history file, all the original service manuals and stamped books, original toolkit.
The black paintwork is in very good condition as is the leather interior which makes for a pretty cool all black colour combination. The sports seats show very little patina and all the correct factory switchgear and instrumentation in place.
