Model history

The Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS marks the pinnacle of the Cayman model range and was first introduced in 2021. The Cayman itself debuted in 2005 as a coupe variant of the Boxster to fill a gap between the Boxster and the 911. In 2015, Porsche launched the Cayman GT4, which introduced motorsport technology to the Cayman range for the first time. The GT4 RS continues this tradition, offering even more impressive performance with its 4.0-litre flat-six engine from the 911 GT3. Designed to excel on the racetrack as well as on the road, the GT4 RS is the most powerful and dynamic Cayman to date.
