On August 24, 1966 this beautiful early 911 from the so called O series, was delivered to Mr. Warren C. Clark in Lakeville, Connecticut. Only 1.709 short wheel cars were delivered in 1966. The car stayed with Mr. Clark till the mid 90’s when the known Dutch Porsche Specialist Peter Hofstee bought the car for himself. The original colour and bodywork was still on the car and only minor repairs to the bodywork were needed. Mr. Hofstee decided to paint the car in a for him more desirable colour, Silver, and he worked on the techniques of the car as well. Since then the engine has done 32.000 km and is running extremely smooth and smoke free. On the photo’s you’ll see a set of classic racing seats, the original seats are still with the car. The current owner mounted a handmade stainless steel exhaust which brings some great additional fun to driving this beauty!
