Porsche 911 Carrera 3.2 WTL
Highlights
- Factory Turbo Look
- Very low mileage
- Exceptional condition
The Porsche 911 you are discovering is a Belgian-delivery example, originally delivered on October 11, 1985, by the Porsche Centre D’Ieteren.
Its configuration combines Grand Prix White paintwork with a full black leather interior.
This is an extremely rare version, factory-equipped with the Turbo Look package (option code 491).
It is estimated that only 1,126 left-hand-drive coupés were produced between 1984 and 1989.
Contrary to some common misconceptions, the Turbo Look package does not merely consist of flared fenders, a rear spoiler, and a revised front bumper: it is in fact a 930 Turbo without its engine. As such, it features the 930 running gear with revised suspension, larger anti-roll bars, and 4-piston aluminum brake calipers, while retaining the 3.2 engine.
This example is equipped with the 915 5-speed manual gearbox.
Factory option codes include electrically adjustable Sport seats, the Turbo Look package, and an electrically adjustable passenger-side exterior mirror.
This 3.2 shows only 57,500 kilometers on the odometer, covered with just five owners.
Both the cosmetic and mechanical condition of the car are exceptional. The interior is in near-new condition, and the bodywork—entirely in original paint except for one single panel—shows no defects or signs of wear.
This condition is largely explained by an immaculate service history: the first owner drove fewer than 10,000 kilometers during the first six years of the car’s life.
All servicing has been carried out either by Porsche Centers or by recognized Porsche specialists.
The detailed service history is listed above.
Simply put, this example is a true unicorn on the market.
As proof, four magazine features have highlighted the exceptional condition of this car.
It appeared in Flat 6 Magazine in March 1997, December 2001, and October 2009, as well as in RS Magazine in June 2017.
All four magazines are included in the car’s file and will accompany it for the rest of its life.
Among the few 3.2 models factory-equipped with the Turbo Look package, it is impossible to determine how many have been preserved in such outstanding overall condition.
