You can recognize the silhouette, of course, which has been unmistakable for over 60 years. The engine is also where it belongs. But something is different, feels different.

The original Porsche brochure describes it as attractive, clear, simple, and elegant. And yes, that's all true, but there's something else about this Porsche 911. Is it the shorter wheelbase? The knowledge that this is where it all began? This, sorry 992 T, absolute purity, the absence of the spoilers that have become so commonplace?

We don't yet have an answer to the question of what is so special about it. But we will seize this rare opportunity and get to the bottom of it. We will pull up a chair and listen. We purchased this Porsche 911 2.0 after a thorough inspection by our appraiser (official appraiser specializing in classic cars) and are currently having the carburetors adjusted and minor work done by a specialist workshop.
