The Porsche 911 B17 Pininfarina Prototype represents one of the most fascinating chapters in Porsche history — a design experiment exploring the idea of a full four-seat 911, decades before the Panamera.
Commissioned directly by Porsche AG and executed by Pininfarina in 1969, this car is the only existing example ever built. Based on a 911 S2 chassis, its wheelbase was extended by 19 cm (7.5 inches) to accommodate a real rear seat, resulting in its distinctive silhouette and remarkable cabin comfort.
This unique prototype has remained in Sweden since 1974 as part of the Autoseum Simrishamn – Nisse Nilsson Collection, where it has been meticulously preserved. The car retains its originality, runs flawlessly, and is rust-free. Mechanical components such as the carburetors, ignition, and battery system have been recently renewed.
👉 Collectors now have a rare opportunity to acquire this vehicle before the end of 2025. After this period, the Porsche 911 B17 Pininfarina is scheduled to be offered in an exclusive private auction in 2026.
