This 1971 Porsche 911 2.2 T Targa was fully restored over a period of 6 years, and it shows immediately. This was not a quick refresh, but a thorough and well-executed rebuild where everything was addressed as it should be. The body was completely redone and is today in exceptionally solid condition. The paint, finished in the original Blut Orange, has a deep and consistent shine that suits the car perfectly. Mechanically, nothing was left to chance. The gearbox was rebuilt, the engine was overhauled, the clutch replaced, the exhaust system renewed and the entire braking system rebuilt. Everything operates exactly as it should and feels coherent throughout. This is a car that inspires confidence from the moment you start driving it. Within the range, the T version is without doubt the most enjoyable to drive. Less nervous than an S, less dependent on high revs, but therefore smoother and more accessible.
