This particular example, in this condition, can certainly be considered collectible. With only 71,450 km, the car looks like new and drives even better than new.
The car was delivered new in Germany on 28/02/1994 and has spent its entire life in its home country. Until 2001, the car was used very little but was consistently serviced at Porsche Centre Berlin. All official Porsche stamps are present in the service book.
The car is beautifully specified in black with a black leather interior and the desirable Cup wheels. What also makes this car special is that it is one of the very last ever built, specifically, the 41st last European 964 Targa produced.
The 1994 model year is also distinguished by the “Targa” logo in chrome instead of black on the Targa bar. Additionally, the Porsche logo integrated into the speakers of the Hi-Fi system is a rarely seen option.
Furthermore, the interior is fully trimmed in leather, featuring the rare option codes 935 and 980, where the rear seats are upholstered in leather and the door panels are finished in a reversed pattern with ruffled leather.
In short: a 1994 Targa like this is currently almost impossible to find on the market.
The car comes with two keys and a complete documentation file. Thanks to the correct service book and all available invoices, the mileage history can be fully verified.
The car is equipped with the following options:
- C00 – Country version: Germany
- 139 – Heated seat, left
- 231 – Tires: factory specification
- 327 – Blaupunkt Köln SQR 22 radio
- 340 – Heated seat, right
