Until 2006, the car was serviced regularly and exclusively at Porsche; a total of eight documented service entries attest to consistently meticulous care. Before its subsequent reduction in use, another comprehensive service was performed.
Starting in 2010, the vehicle was deliberately preserved: taken out of service, professionally stored, and yet technically maintained. Regular engine runs and continuous brake fluid changes ensured that the car’s condition was maintained and that it was never “forgotten,” but rather treated like a collector’s item.
In 2023, this exceptional example found its way into a discerning Porsche collection. At the end of 2024, it underwent a comprehensive major service at the Porsche Center Gelderland, including additional work—resulting in a vehicle that meets the highest standards both technically and visually.
Particularly noteworthy are the rare and extremely tasteful factory-fitted options:
- X19 – Dashboard fully finished in green leather
- X34 – Instrument rings in green leather – an exceptional detail of great rarity
- X36 – factory-fitted sport/lowering suspension
The result is a 964 that goes far beyond the ordinary: the coveted WTL wide-body body, one of the most elegant color schemes in the series, a short ownership history, and a past marked by care and an understanding of the automobile.
A vehicle for collectors who not only seek, but understand.
An exceptional example of one of the most iconic air-cooled Porsches—and virtually impossible to find a second time in this configuration.
