The Porsche 992 Sport Classic – A dream come true
Visually inspired by the first-generation 911 (1964-1973) and the legendary 911 Carrera RS 2.7 from 1973, the Porsche 992 Sport Classic reinterprets some of the most iconic models and design elements from the 1950s to the 1980s. According to Porsche, “the aim is to pay tribute to the aesthetics of the 911 models of those years.”
Prior to the 992 Sport Classic, the first model in this Heritage Design series was introduced in 2020: the Porsche 911 Targa 4S Heritage Design Edition, which revived the styling elements of the 1950s and 1960s.
