Original Belgian vehicle, delivered new to Porsche Centre CanAm Heppignies, Belgium, in January 1994.

Vehicle serviced almost exclusively by Porsche Centre CanAm Heppignies, then by Porsche Centre Penders Liège.

Resold by Porsche Centre Penders Liège in 2002 as a Porsche Approved Used vehicle.

Warranty card on file.

Subsequent servicing carried out by independent Porsche specialists.

Last service carried out by us in March 2024 at 149,267 kms.

Air-conditioning system fully restored and functioning perfectly.

A service will be carried out prior to delivery.

The vehicle has remained in private collection for many years and has exclusively stayed in Belgium until today.

Our Porsche 993 Carrera had its odometer replaced due to a malfunction on 12/04/1995 at 43,227 kms.

It was replaced with a new unit at Porsche Centre Penders Liège (see first page service book stamp and attached photo).

Everything is also documented in the historical file.

Mileage was rebalanced in the service book in 2007 to indicate the true mileage (see service book photo).

Odometer recalibrated in 2024 to ensure consistency between the service book and the vehicle’s actual mileage.
