The car was only driven there in the summer (garage car) and stored over the winter. It was inspected and assessed there in 2012 by us, Urwerk 1:1 GmbH, on behalf of the current owner, purchased locally and driven "home" to Urwerk.
This 993 has the country equipment USA/CDN. The car had accident damage in the past, which was repaired. The car has a checkbook. It is in a technically and visually well-maintained overall condition. Existing invoices from the Porsche Center and Urwerk document the investments made. The existing checkbook is stamped with the first delivery date 12.01.1997/Newport Beach, California.
The driver's door was damaged during transportation from the USA to Sweden. The Porsche Center Goetheborg, Sweden, replaced the door according to the previous owner.
In addition to the maintenance work, the soft top and tarpaulin were replaced in beige in 2012, as were all the associated soft top seals. In 2013, the 911 was fully approved in accordance with §21 and was Germanized with the associated conversion measures. The underbody was cleaned and then waxed. In 2015, the keys and remote control were replaced. A new Alpine radio was installed with new speakers and a new Pioneer subwoofer. The speedometer was converted from 52,554 miles to 84,559 kilometers at the Porsche Center in 2023 and new Michelin Pilot Sport tires were fitted.
Since the car was imported to Germany, the owner has invested a great deal in addition to the good base, which can be documented by the receipts.
The beige leather interior is also in good original condition. The beige soft top and the tarpaulin, which is identical in color, are as good as new.
The current owner has only driven the car around 8,000 km since purchasing it in 2012. He is parting with his 993 for purely time-related reasons. As is so often the case, the reason for selling is a lack of time for the hobby.
