1997 Porsche 911 (993) Carrera 2 Coupe

A truly exceptional example of the final air cooled 911 generation, this 1997 model year Carrera 2 is presented in stunning Zenith Blue Metallic with Classic Grey leather interior. First delivered new in Stuttgart, Germany, in September 1996, it remained in Germany until 2001 before being imported to the UK. Since then, it has been meticulously maintained by renowned Porsche specialists including Jaz, GT One, HR Owen, and most recently Autowerke Porsche, who carried out a major service in August this year. Showing just 107,975 km (67,092 miles), this left hand drive example presents beautifully throughout. The paintwork is immaculate, and the interior shows minimal wear. This car has been enthusiast owned and used primarily for European trips. It was part of a small collection of classic Porsche which were always garaged. It drives beautifully, everything works as it should and it comes with a valid MOT until March 2026 with no advisories.

Specification includes the Tiptronic S gearbox, Auto Brake Differential, air conditioning, sunroof, heated leather sports seats, and the M030 Sport Chassis option which offers a lower ride height, stiffer and progressive springs, and uprated anti roll bars. The car sits on its original 17″ Cup alloys fitted with brand new Pirelli P Zero tyres. The original CR21 radio cassette also remains in place. Documentation is excellent, with the Porsche Certificate of Authenticity confirming the specification, original book pack with service book and owners manual, two original keys, plus a substantial history file of invoices and MOTs. Over £7,500 was invested with Precision Porsche in 2017, which included a major service and a full AC system overhaul. Further major servicing was carried out in 2022 by Jaz Porsche then again last month with Autowerk which included a full check over, major service and new tyres.
