A truly exceptional example of the iconic 993 Carrera RS 3.8.

The 993 Carrera RS 3.8 was first unveiled at the Amsterdam Motor Show in February 1995. Lighter, faster, and more aggressive in style than other 993 models, it was developed as a “Lightweight” version (weighing just 1,280 kg), more radical and competition-oriented than the standard 993 Carrera.

Distinctive styling and excellent handling were achieved through front flaps, a lightweight fixed rear spoiler, and 18-inch three-piece “Speedline” wheels. Modifications to the front bodywork, combined with the rear wing and lowered ride height, not only created its unmistakably aggressive look but also reduced aerodynamic lift to nearly zero.

Under the hood lies the legendary naturally aspirated 3.8L flat-six engine with forged pistons, producing 300 hp, paired with the 6-speed G50/31 manual transmission. Braking is provided by perforated and ventilated discs with four-piston calipers sourced from the 993 Turbo.

Produced for only two years, from 1995 to 1996, just 969 left-hand-drive examples were built. The 993 Carrera RS earned its place in history as the most powerful naturally aspirated, air-cooled 911 ever produced.
