Delivered new in France in January 2004, it has covered only 86,300 kilometers to date. This limited series of 1,963 examples celebrates 40 years of the 911, standing out with a distinctive appearance and perfect road manners.

The vehicle in detail

This example is fitted with Scart valved silencers, providing a beautiful exhaust note.
The leather interior is in excellent condition, with seats and backrests very well preserved. The dashboard is intact, and all interior plastics are clean and neat.

In 2003, Porsche celebrated 40 years of the legendary 911, an iconic model that has spanned decades while staying true to its DNA and adapting to each era. To mark this anniversary, the Stuttgart brand launched a very special limited edition: the 911 “40 Jahre”, based on the 996 Carrera.

Limited to 1,963 examples worldwide—an homage to the 911’s birth year—this exclusive version stands out with:

  • The specific “GT Silver Metallic” paint, reserved for this edition.
  • The more aggressive front bumper of the 996 Turbo, highlighting its sporty character.
  • A high-end interior finish with extended leather, door sills marked “911 40 Jahre,” and a numbered plaque.
  • An upgraded Carrera engine with the X51 Powerkit producing 345 hp, 25 hp more than the standard version.
  • A very complete equipment list, including sunroof, heated sport seats, navigation, and exclusive wheels.
