The vehicle in detail

Power comes from the 3.6L M97 flat-six, paired to a 6-speed manual transmission, delivering the engaging, naturally aspirated driving experience that defines the 997.1 generation. This example is well equipped with Bi-Xenon adaptive headlights, full power seats, PCM 2.1, and Sound Package Plus, and more.

In preparation for sale, we completed a comprehensive service to ensure the car is turn key for its next owner. December 2025 ( 66,200 mi) service:

  • Two wheels professionally refinished
  • Two new front tires mounted
  • Oil service
  • Brake fluid flush
  • CCU button replacement
  • Door pivot lever replacement

The car is accompanied by two key fobs, its original window sticker, and original owner’s literature, further supporting its well-kept history and careful ownership.
The 997.1 Carrera remains a sweet spot in the 911 market. 3 owner car in total, the prior owner having owned the car from 2016 at just 13k miles
The car was wrapped in paint protection film early in its ownership, which was recently removed due to visual aging. Beneath the film, the paint remains well preserved, with crisp hood, fenders, and fog light areas showing no stone chips or haziness.
The vehicle shows no accidents on the history report. A “damage” entry is noted on CARFAX; it is not visually noticeable, though paint meter readings are slightly higher on the passenger door. In all, paint and cohesive and very nice. Gear changes are crisp, and direct. No rattles, shakes, odors, lights illuminated, etc. Runs and drives very strong, ample power when called upon.
