The history of Autostrada Sport begins with an early passion: founder Mikkel Rosbjerg grew up as the son of a Mercedes-Benz dealer in Denmark and became familiar with the world of powerful engines as a child. This fascination led him to buy his first Porsche at the age of 22 – a 996 4S Cabriolet. This laid the foundation for a lifelong enthusiasm for purist sports cars and high-quality engineering.
With a technical background and a deep understanding of the automotive industry, he was drawn to the Côte d’Azur, where he worked for many years as a dealer of handcrafted Wiesmann models. International customers from Monaco and the surrounding area trusted his expertise when it came to custom-built high-end vehicles.
In 2009, he took the next step: founding Autostrada Sport GmbH in Germany. Parallel to his work in southern France, Mikkel Rosbjerg built up a company in northern Germany that quickly made a name for itself in the field of exclusive used cars. His philosophy remains unchanged to this day: only vehicles that meet the highest quality standards are included in the range – a claim that is reflected in the motto “Sports cars from Hamburg.”
