Positive half-year results: Elferspot continues to grow and focuses on internationalization

Elferspot, the international marketplace for used and classic Porsche sports cars, can look back on a successful first half of 2025. With almost 500 dealers publishing their listings on the platform, a new record high has been reached. The private listings segment also continues to develop positively: in the first half of the year, an average of between 250 and 300 private sellers per month used Elferspot’s car marketing service.

  • 12 percent more active users, 18 percent more visitors
  • 33 percent more listing views
  • More than 1,600 Porsche sports cars with a total value of over €190 million marketed via Elferspot in the first half of 2025

Double-digit growth in visibility and user count

For car dealers, the visibility of their own offers is a key criterion – and the reach figures are correspondingly encouraging: in the first half of 2025, Elferspot recorded an 18 percent increase in total visits compared to the same period last year. Comparing the figures for the second quarter with those of the previous year, ad views even increased by 33 percent – with a total of 12 percent more users than in 2024.

“This development shows that Elferspot has established itself as the central point of contact for high-quality Porsche listings,” summarizes founder Markus Klimesch. The company, based in Linz, Upper Austria, is thus continuing its positive business development in its eighth year since its founding.

In 2025, even more Porsches will be sold via Elferspot than in record-breaking 2024

In 2024, more than 2,000 vehicles had already been sold via a listing on Elferspot. Porsche sports cars worth over €260 million found new homes this way. These figures are likely to be significantly exceeded again in 2025. In the first half of 2025 alone, Elferspot brought buyers and sellers together in over 1,600 cases. This already corresponds to a volume of over 190 million euros.

Platform structure optimized – Focus on further internationalization

In order to continue driving this development forward in the future, the founder is clearly focusing on the internationalization of Elferspot. “To be able to offer users from non-German- or English-speaking regions a service in their native language in the future, we have extensively revised the technical data structure of the platform”, reports Klimesch. “This structural change is the foundation for the imminent implementation of new language offerings. At the same time, we have further optimized the page speed and worked intensively on improving visibility.”

The adjustment of our vehicle data is not just a technical improvement. It is a strategic step to further strengthen Elferspot’s international position.

In addition, numerous measures have been implemented to improve reliability and ensure stable operation even as traffic continues to grow. “Thanks to these comprehensive optimizations, we feel well equipped to take the next step in internationalization and thus enable our dealers and private sellers to reach an even more international audience”, emphasizes the Elferspot founder.

Prepared for the future thanks to structural investments

Elferspot will continue to assert itself as a dynamically growing platform in the classic Porsche sports car segment in 2025. With structural investments, increasing reach, and a clear internationalization strategy, the company is well positioned for the second half of the year and prepared for the future.

About Elferspot

Elferspot was founded in 2017 by Markus Klimesch as the first marketplace exclusively for classic and used Porsche sports cars, based in Linz. With a clear focus on quality, user orientation, and a strong presence on social media, Elferspot has established a firm position in the global Porsche scene. In total, the platform has over 600,000 followers and brokered cars worth more than €190 million in the first half of 2025 alone. The journey is far from over. Elferspot is on the threshold of new markets and exciting developments that will allow the company to continue to grow.
